I like to buy whole boneless pork roasts at Costco and slice them into 1" thick chops. This sounds very tasty and I'm going to try this out tomorrow night.

Correction for the Spanish impaired. The title of the recipe should be either "Carne a la Gringa" or "Carne al Gringo". The number and gender of adjectives in Spanish always agree with the noun they are modifying. Hey! At least I reek of garlic!! <grin>
