Fried Baloney Sandwich Recipe by Gene Sakahara and Sam Bozzo.

Better than David Letterman’s Mom’s! It sounds disgusting, but this sandwich is surprisingly delicious! Gene started experimenting with this recipe when he was 11 years old.

Directions

  1. Fry 2 slices of baloney in pan, dry off oil to reduce fat, of course.
  2. Toast 2 slice of wheat bread.
  3. Spread ketchup on one slice of bread, layer with baloney, onion, then tomato. The layers must be in order to achieve fullest flavor.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on the other slice of bread, and sandwich on top of tomato.
  5. Cut sandwich in half and enjoy.
