Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 triangle brie cheese
  • 1 tube cresent rolls, refrigerated section
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup diced dried apricots
  • OR 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Unroll the cresent roll on cookie sheet, pinch together the perferations on the cresent roll so there is one solid sheet of dough. Place the brie on the center of the dough. Place brown sugar on top of brie, then add either the apricots OR the pistachios. Fold the dough over the brie and pinch together the dough so that it completely covers the brie and other ingredients. Crack and egg in a bowl and whip it. Then use the egg as a wash over the dough....brush the egg over the dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 13-17 minutes.
