Ingredients
- 1 pound white Navy beans (sm.)
- 1 carrot, minced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- Ham hock or possibly ham bone
- Dash or possibly 2 of oregano, garlic salt, ginger & accent
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Cover beans well with water. May need to add in if needed. Add in all remaining ingredients. Cook slowly till tender.
