This is a great dry rub for tri tip. I just made it for a recent party and the tri tip vanished.

Served this over the 4th of July along with another Tri Tip marinade. Both were admired and devoured!

Full flavored and slightly spicy, this is a great dry rub for Tri Tip. I served it sliced with Tzatziki sauce and a mix of flat breads. Yummy!

In Texas, it's called bottom sirloin or culotte steak.

This sounds tasty. We're going to BBQ tri-tip a few different ways for the 4th of July. I'm definitely going to make this for one of them. Thanks for sharing!
