  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/8 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix egg, lowfat milk and flavorings and add in to dry ingredients. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans for 1 hour or possibly mini muffins for 15 min. Cold a short time and top with orange juice and lemon juice.
