Ingredients Convert Measures
- 11\2 kilo baby back ribs, cut into 3 ribs per slab
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1\4 cup lime or lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1\2 cup honey
- 1\2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 bay leaves (fresh or dried)
Directions
- Place ribs in a sauce pot together with the rest of the ingredients.
- Let mixture boil then allow to simmer until tender.
- Remove ribs from the mixture and let sauce reduce over low heat if needed.
- Grill or bake ribs brushing it occasionally with the sauce until golden in color.
- Garnish grated orange peel when serve(optional)
