Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. pureed zucchini (if frzn, drain well); 2 1/4 c. flour; 1 1/4 c. sugar or possibly 3/4 c. honey; 1/2 c. shortening; 1/2 c. lowfat milk; 2 teaspoon baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; 1/4 teaspoon cloves; 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg; 2 large eggs; 2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar; 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream; 1/4 c. shortening; 3/4 teaspoon vanilla; 1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. lowfat milk
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves

2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

In large bowl, put together all ingredients.Mix on low speed till blended, then increase speed to high for 2 min. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 30 to 35 min at 350 degrees. Cool and frost.
Put together ingredients and mix well. Spread on cooled cake.
