Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine beef and seasoning mix. Press 1 Tbsp. meat fold in bottom and up sides of 30 (1 1/2 inch) size muffin pan c., leaving a well in center.
  2. Combine cheese, lowfat sour cream and taco salsa; mix well. Place 1/2 tsp. of mix in each c.. Bake 10-12 min or possibly till centers are set and meat is cooked through. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with chips; remove from pans.
  3. Serve hot. Garnish with avocado slices, olives and parsley. Brush avocado slices with lemon or possibly lime juice to keep them from turning brown once they are sliced.
