Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound pork roast
- 3 cans med. size pork & beans
- Buttered bread crumbs (approx. 1 1/2 c.)
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- Mustard to taste
- Dash of warm sauce to taste
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Ketchup to taste
Directions
- Roast pork roast (plain). Cold. Cut into lean pcs (throw away fat). Mix with mustard, warm sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Add in beans, mix well. Put in heavy casserole (bean pot). Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Dot with ketchup. Cook for several hrs (the longer the better) at 275 to 300 degrees. 6 servings.
