Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) can sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
4 T melted butter
1 pkg. marshmallows

Directions

Butter baking dish. Place 1/2 of mix in dish. Dot with marshmallows, then add in remaining mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Remove from oven, dot top with marshmallows and replace in oven about 10 min or possibly till brown.
