Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 cups of sun dried tomato
- 1 cup pitted green olives
- 2 oz chopped black olives
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
Directions
- Combine sun dried tomatoes and green olives in food processor until smooth. Mix in black olives, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil. Serve in a bowl and drizzle with more olive oil (as much as needed).
