I marinade pork tenderloin in this over night. BBQ or bake the pork. Then cook the marinade down and thicken it with some corn starch to use it as a sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 c Sherry
- 1 c Ketchup
- 1/2 c Soy
- 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 4 tbsp Dried Minced Onion
- 3 tbsp Crushed Garlic
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste
Directions
- Mix Sherry, Soy and Ketchup till combined. Dissolve brown sugar into the mixture. Add all other ingredients. Pour over meat and chill.
