Directions

  1. Put beans in crock and cover with cool water. Soak 4 to 5 hrs or possibly overnight. Drain. Put in crock and add in all ingredients. Mix well. Cook on low setting 13 to 15 hrs. High setting 7 to 8 hrs. Makes 2 qts.
