Ingredients
- 1 c. buckwheat flour
- 1/3 c. potato flour
- 3 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar (I used 1 Tbsp)
- 1 x egg or possibly substitute
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. soy or possibly rice lowfat milk or possibly use water
- 1/2 c. blueberries (opt)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and spread thickly on a heated greased grill or possibly frying pan. Turn when brown and cook till brown on the other side.
