Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. sesame seed oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 c. shredded carrot
- 1 c. peeled and diced cucumber
- 1 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 pound roast duck or possibly chicken meat, shredded
Directions
- Combine vinegar, sugar, sesame seed oil, soy sauce and mustard in a bowl; mix thoroughly. Arrange the vegetables on a serving plate. Put the shredded duck or possibly chicken on top. Pour the dressing over the meat and vegetables just before serving. Serves 4.
