Ingredients

1 c. Karo light
1 c. sugar
1 c. minced pecans
3 Large eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till almost set in peaks. Gradually beat in 1/3 c. Karo corn syrup, beat till stiff. Spread over filling to edge. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 min. Cold.
