• 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
• 1 x egg yolk
• 200 gm plain flour
• 25 gm rice flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 100 gm peanuts toast, skin and split into halves
• 1 x egg white--beat lightly
