Never Fail Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Butter flavor crisco
  • 2 c. Jif creamy peanut butter
  • 5 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 lb Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Smooth like velvet!
  2. (the richest and best I have ever had - and great for parties and gift-giving as it makes SO much.)
  3. Makes a huge batch.
  4. Heat Crisco (watch carefully) and remove from heat. Add in peanut butter, stirring till melted. Stir in vanilla. Gradually stir in powdered sugar amd mix till smooth. Pour into a 9 x 13" pan. Allow to set. Cut into squares.
