Ingredients
- 1 c. (6 ounce.) semi-sweet chocolate pcs
- 5 tbsp. boiling water
- 4 Large eggs, separated
- 2 tbsp. dark rum
Directions
- Put chocolate pcs into blender and blend on high speed for 6 seconds. Scrape down sides of blender. Add in boiling water and blend on high speed for 10 seconds. Add in egg yolks and rum. Blend 3 seconds or possibly till smooth. Beat egg whites till stiff. Mix in chocolate mix. Spoon into individual serving dishes and refrigerate1 hour before serving.
