Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with the garlic powder. Set aside.
  2. On medium / low heat, saute onions and chili pepper until onions are just translucent.
  3. Add the egg mixture and cook to golden brown on both sides.
  4. Add the salt and cilantro.
  5. Serve warm.
