Ingredients
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3 level teaspoon Rumford baking pwdr
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 stick butter
- Lowfat milk
Directions
- Heat 1/2 stick butter. Mix all together with all ingredients. Add in sufficient lowfat milk till you have the consistency you like. Dip out on greased griddle which you have melted the butter in. Cook till a golden.
