Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frzn hashbrown potatoes
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/3 c. minced bell pepper
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 to 6 bacon strips, fried crisp and crumbled
- 4 ounce. pimientos, diced
- Onion tops, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- Corn flakes, crushed
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions
- Mix corn flakes and butter to topping. Set aside. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour into a buttered rectangular pan. Top with corn flakes topping and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min.
