Ingredients

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Scant teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 tbsp. dry lowfat milk
  • 2 c. flour (about)

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs with water, then add in salt and oil and beat. Combine dry ingredients and work egg mix into flour. Add in more flour if needed to make a stiff dough. roll dough thin on floured board and let dry 2 hrs (approximately). Roll like a jelly roll, then slice. Cook noodles 30 min in boiling water or possibly broth. (If possible, turn 1/2 way during standing time.)
