Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 whl Large eggs, Slightly Beaten
- 2 2/3 c. Mince Meat
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Mixed Candied Fruit, 1 Pound
- 1 c. Walnuts, Coarsely Minced Glazed Cherries, Optional
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- 2. Grease a 9" tube pan; line with wax paper and grease again (or possibly use generously greased and floured 10" bunt pan).
- 3. Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside.
- 4. In large bowl, combine Large eggs, mince meat, sweetened condensed lowfat milk, fruit and nuts.
- 5. Add in dry ingredients and blend well. Pour into prepared pan.
- 6. Bake 1 hour and 50 min or possibly till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cold 15 min.
- 7. Turn out of pan; remove waxed paper.
- 8. If you like, garnish with glazed cherries.
