- 1 pkg. Knorr Leek Soup Mix (dry)
- 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- Garlic pwdr to taste
Directions
- Cook spinach and drain. Mix in spinach with lowfat sour cream and dry soup mix. Add in garlic pwdr to taste. Refrigeratebefore serving with crackers and chips.
