Easy Spinach Dip Recipe (by CookEatShare Cookbook)

Ingredients

1 pkg. frzn minced spinach 1 pkg. Knorr Leek Soup Mix (dry)

16 ounce. lowfat sour cream Garlic pwdr to taste

Directions

1. Cook spinach and drain. Mix in spinach with lowfat sour cream and dry soup mix. Add in garlic pwdr to taste. Refrigeratebefore serving with crackers and chips.
