Ingredients
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. dry lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr (rounded)
- 1 egg or possibly 2 whites
- 1/3 c. diet Sprite
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Mix flour and baking pwdr. Add in dry lowfat milk and then other ingredients. Pour onto warm griddle. Makes three big pancakes. These are delicious.
