Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in flour, sifted with baking pwdr. Beat in Large eggs, add in lowfat milk, dates and nuts. Pour into 2 medium size pans, set pans into larger pans with 1 inch of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Pans to not need greasing. Be sure to stir twice during 1 hour. 15 medium size servings with whipped cream.
