Directions

  1. Boil onions till tender (20-30 min). In saucepan heat butter and add in salt and pepper. Stir constantly. Add in flour and lowfat milk; simmer till creamy (15 min). Pour sauce over onions and sprinkle with minced parsley (if you like). Serve in casserole dish. Serves 6.
