1 c. sugar
1 c. plain flour
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 can chocolate syrup (16 ounce)
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. canned lowfat milk (undiluted)

Directions

Cream butter, sugar, large eggs. Add in other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min in greased and lightly floured sheet pan.
Cook 2 min, after it comes to a boil. Add in 1 small bag of chocolate chips. Spread on cake while hot.
