Ingredients
- Ingredients (makes 40 biscotti):
- 2 2/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 whole eggs, plus 2 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp grated orange peel
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
