- 1/2 can tomatoes
- 1/2 glass white wine
- Garlic pwdr to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Brown chicken in extra virgin olive oil. Add in remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat for 45 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
