This is one of my favorite salads. Every time I make everyone says I'm the best salad maker.

  1. Wash lettuce. Remove stem. Tear into bit size pieces into salad bowl. Open can of mandarin oranges. Drain and toss into salad. Peel avocado and cut up and add to salad. Add toasted almonds to salad. Make dressing and shake well and toss over salad.
