Bread Dipping Oil and Vinaigrette Recipe

• 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/3 cup Italian balsamic vinegar (splurge a bit on this)
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
• 2 tbs. fresh herbs, including basil or 1 tbs. dry Italian seasoning
• 4 cloves minced garlic
• 1 tsp cracked peppercorns
• 1/2 tsp. salt
