Ingredients
- 1 can Festal pumpkin
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Mix all of above. Put in non-baked pie crust or possibly 9" square pan. Bake at 375 degrees till kitchen knife comes clean, about 45 min.
