Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. sifted flour
4 large eggs, beaten
1 c. pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 pound butter

Directions

Cream butter, cocoa, and sugar. Add in large eggs and remaining ingredients. Bake 25 min in a well-greased 8x16 inch pan at 325 degrees.
Mix ingredients and cook in iron frying pan over low heat. Stir till mix boils. Let it boil hard for 1 minute. Cool for 5 min in mixing bowl and then beat till thick. Spread over fudge cake.
