Apple Brie Cheese Omelet Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 x Apples, peeled, cored & thinly sliced
  • 8 Tbsp. Butter
  • 8 x Large eggs
  • 8 tsp Cream Salt & pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 8 Tbsp. Diced Brie cheese

Directions

  1. Saute/fry apple in butter. Beat together Large eggs, cream, and salt & pepper till blended but not frothy. Heat butter in omelette pan over high heat till foam begins to recede but before beginning to color. Pour in egg mix and prepare omelette, beating to lighten but still allowing it to set on the bottom.
  2. Fill with sauteed apples and diced Brie cheese cubes. Fold or possibly roll and slide out of pan onto a heated plate.
  3. Gail's Notes: YUM! Good luck trying to "dice" Brie, tho! (ggg)
