  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow supreme cake mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 c. veg. oil
  • 1 (10 ounce) bottle 7-Up
  • 1 (10 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 T flour
  • 3 1/2 ounce coconut

Directions

  1. Put cake ingredients into large mixing bowl. Blend till creamy. Pour into 2 greased 8 inch round cake pans (you can use 3 pans). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.Icing: Cook till thick. When cooled, add in coconut; spread between layers and on top of cake.
