Ingredients

1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
4 large eggs
2 c. lowfat milk
1 can (3 1/2 ounce) coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 T butter, softened

Directions

Put together all ingredients and pour into 9 inch buttered pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 min till custard sets. Like magic it layers into crust, custard, coconut topping. Cool.
