About me
Hello everyone,
I am an Aussie and love to cook, after seperating from my husband 2 years ago and being a mother all my life i decided to learn a trade and became a chef, I love what i do and desserts are my specialty.I have two children Tara 15 and Dylan 16, and the other child in our family is my king charles spanial Toby.
Cooking Influences
Growing up in the high country has had a great influence on my cooking, for those who dont know Australia that is the bush, if any of you have seen the man from snowy river, that was filmed on part of our property and in our town of mansfeild. I love the warmth of country cooking and the foundation recipes are better than most used in the industry, I have tought a number of chefs to cook some great country favourites that people in Australia just dont know anymore the art of country cooking is being lost as this generation gives up cooking for themselves.
