  • Ginger – 1 tblsp, peeled

  • Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato Puree – 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red Food Colour – 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • Lemon Juice – 1/2 tblsp
  • Oil – 2 tblsp
  • Water – 1/4 cup + 1 tblsp
