Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. vanilla wafers
- 1/2 pound pecan halves
- 1/2 pound candied red cherries
- 1/2 pound candied pineapple
- 1 c. raisins (white)
- 2 lg. Large eggs
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk (2/3 c.)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Put aside 5 whole cherries, 10 pineapple wedges, 15 pecan halves.
- Crush wafers and put into large bowl. Add in cherries, minced. Add in pineapple, minced. Combine pecans and raisins; mix. Beat Large eggs and add in sugar, lowfat milk and salt. Add in this to other ingredients and mix well.
