Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. butterscotch chips
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 Oreo cookies
Directions
- Crumb Oreos. Fill an 8x8 inch pan, saving out 1/4 c. crumbs. Heat butter and chips together. Add in beaten egg and sugar. Bring to boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add in vanilla. Pour over crumbs. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill. May freeze.
