  1. Roll steak in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in electric skillet on 300 degrees. When browned, remove meat from skillet, stir about 3 Tbsp. flour in oil. Add in about 2 c. water; stir well. Add in meat, reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Add in more water if needed.
