Ingredients

1 c. bread crumbs
Minced onion to taste
1/2 c. lowfat milk
2 Large eggs
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix ingredients together just until combined. Don't overmix.
Form into miniature meatballs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
