Ingredients Convert Measures
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 tbls milk
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated, not shredded)
- 1/2 cup butter
- chives- chopped
- 40 mushrooms
Directions
- Wash mushrooms, de-stem and put on cookie sheet
- Melt 1/2 cup butter and dip each mushroom
- Mix remaining ingredients and fill each cap
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
- May need to broil at the end for a minute or two to brown the tops
