  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • 1 large clove minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 2 serrano or jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced

  1. Heat grill to medium high
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix
  3. Oil hands lightly and shape the mixture into 9 flat sausages about 4 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide, and 1 inch thick. Thread a skewer through each sausage lengthwise.
