Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd Italian sausage or possibly you can use links
- 28 ounce. tomatoes, put in blender
- 30 ounce. tomato sauce
- 12 ounce. tomato paste
- 1/4 of 2 ounce. bottle basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano or possibly more to taste
- 1/4 c. parsley or possibly more to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Garlic pwdr to taste
- 1 bell pepper, quartered & seeds removed
- Parmesan cheese to taste (1/4 c.)
Directions
- Brown the sausage and drain. Put tomatoes, sauce, paste, seasonings, pepper, cheese in crock pot. Mix well. Add in 1 c. water. Add in sausage. If sauce gets too thick add in more water. Cook all day on low.
