Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- 16 oz Fat Free Velveeta
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can Rotel, undrained
- 1 lb chicken
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except chorizo in Dutch oven. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted and soup is hot. Brown chorizo and stir into soup.
